Our Major Projects team has been at the forefront of providing industry leading environmental support for over 20 years.  Now, we’re expanding and looking for driven individuals with technical expertise, experience in the field or team management skills to join our ambitious team.


We’re looking for enthusiastic candidates with strong technical and/or project management skills to join our growing team. We are seeking applications for the following positions:



1 x Programme Manager

1 x Project Manager

2 x Senior Field Ecologists

2 x Field Ecologists

2 x Field Officers

As part of the Major Projects team, you will primarily be involved with major infrastructure projects, acting as the first line of defence for the natural environment and working as part of vibrant project teams to identify pragmatic, positive solutions. 

About you

  • Previous experience of working on major infrastructure projects is advantageous but not essential.
  • Passion for the natural environment and the ability to influence positive, pragmatic solutions is vital.
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential as the role will work closely with clients and colleagues. Report writing skills and experience of working on complex projects with multiple protected species is also required.
  • A valid CSCS card would be an advantage. Personal protected species licences and a current SSSTS certificate would also be desirable but can form part of a personal development plan..
