What you'll be doing:
· You will be analyzing tender technical documents, identifying overlapping and gaps with existing solution’s functionalities and features;
· You will initiate and lead discussions with product owners regarding these technical documents and determine the feasibility of bidding from the technological point of view; · You will create, own and update a scope matrix that identifies ownership and responsibilities for internal teams
· You will lead, execute and facilitate the bid delivery strategy / technical response
· You will coordinate clarifications with the bid team and responses from the client, reviewing and disseminating client responses
· You will create and compile tender submission technical documents, like product and functionality descriptions, project references, future roadmaps, etc. and work with teams to review
· You will work closely together with sales, project, and product teams to successfully prepare for tender bids, sales offers, and customer visits
· You’ll report to the VP of Sales
