Ruptela is looking for an enthusiastic and curious Office Administrator/ CEO Assistant to join our talented team!

 

As Ruptela, we provide fleet management solutions based on GPS tracking and real-time vehicle monitoring and control. We develop and manufacture full solution and provide it along with in-depth knowledge and support. This way we help organizations worldwide to manage their property effectively, save resources and environment with a key focus on exceptional quality. Responsibilities:

Administrator

  • Coordinating Ruptela office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • The first point of contact for colleagues, customers, guests and service providers
  • Accepting parcels and deliveries
  • Ensuring the office operates smoothly: necessary office supplies, inventory, and equipment are ordered and ready to be used while communicating with office building management and other providers/suppliers
  • Assisting with sorting and delivering incoming/outgoing packages/delivery/ mail / calls
  • Preparing and distributing internal communications: memos, emails and reports
  • The Ambassador of supporting the planning and execution of company events and meetings

 

CEO Assistant

  • Working directly with company management and other stakeholders on various tasks and requests
  • Managing agendas, scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Making travel arrangements for business trips/appointments/
  • Preparing internal company documents
  • Maintaining highly confidential information
  • Distribution of correspondence & dispatch


We expect:

  • Previous successful experience in a similar role
  • To be accurate, organized, and able to multitask to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in your work
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness & ability to learn new things independently as well as in a team
  • Can-Do attitude
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Basic knowledge or interest in the document preparation or archiving processes
  • B category license

The salary range for this position is from €1818 (gross) per month. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one's qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
