AML Compliance analyst

We are looking for an AML Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in AML or risk monitoring, though we welcome candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn. This role plays a key part in ensuring our compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the integrity of our operations.

• Review and analyze flagged transactions using blockchain analytics tools.
• Identify and document suspicious or illegal activities related to referral links and online mentions.
• Investigate potential suspicious activities related to AML, ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations.
• Assess customer risk profiles and escalate high-risk cases to the compliance team following internal procedures.
• Collaborate with the compliance and AML teams to efficiently manage and resolve alerts.
• Maintain accurate investigation records, documenting findings, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of the AML risk monitoring framework by suggesting enhancements to processes and tools.

• Experience in AML, compliance or risk monitoring will be considered an advantage
• Experience in blockchain technologies and transaction monitoring systems will be considered an advantage
