We work with candidates and clients all over the world to deliver a range of recruitment and business intelligence services.  We need an experienced Account Manager to continue developing the RWE Account for Permanent Recruitment. You will work closely together with our recruitment teams to achieve the strategic business plan. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to contribute ideas, develop your skills and grow your career in a dynamic and professional international environment.  



The Role

  • Focus working on a specific account in order to grow the account value through acting as go-to individual for both Taylor Hopkinson Consultants and candidates in process and already working on RWE
  • Strengthening relationships with existing Clients to increase job flow and client control
  • Identifying and unlocking new areas within the client business
  • Candidate sourcing, engagement and management of recruitment processes
  • Raising awareness of Taylor Hopkinson services and experience and building close working relationships with the HR and recruiting teams globally.    
  • Developing relationships with new and existing candidates working within the client business
  • Mapping client contacts in order to build relationships and increase business opportunities
  • Problem solving - responding to all queries from client efficiently in order to resolve any issues
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads for similar clients in the market in order to replicate the success of the existing account with new clients
  • Sharing market information with colleagues globally.
  • Recording activity appropriately on CRM system


Requirements

  • Previous experience and proven success in a recruitment / business development or client relationship management role in a similar Industry
  • A professional, collaborative and consultative approach
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • An engaging communicator, able to build rapport with all teams and build trust with our clients
  • Innovative thinker, problem solver, team player
  • Brand ambassador, consultative approach and professional persona both in and out of the office
  • Process driven, understanding the importance of database utilisation and processes (inc. use of Bullhorn)
