The Role

As the Head of Marketing and Communication, you will spearhead the development and execution of our regional marketing and communication strategy. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee and align marketing efforts across the Baltic region, ensuring consistency, creativity, and measurable results. You will lead a team of marketing professionals based in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, fostering collaboration and driving impactful strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a unified Baltic-wide marketing strategy that supports business goals while addressing local market needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing teams in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia to deliver outstanding results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives and strategic goals.
  • Oversee branding, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, events and other marketing and communication projects' execution across the region.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and other key partners in the region.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years proven experience as a Marketing Director/Chief Marketing Officer or similar role, ideally with regional responsibility across multiple markets.
  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Strong leadership and people leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-border teams.
  • Excellent project management and planning skills, willingness to oversee the most important strategic initiatives hands-on.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of local Baltic languages is a plus).
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Have at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
