Responsibilities

  • Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls regarding IT issues.
  • Support commonly used software: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), Adobe, Zoom, PDF tools, and other company’s approved software.
  • Troubleshot network access issues (Wi-Fi).
  • Set up new employee laptops and assist with user account management (creation, password resets, permissions).
  • Install and update approved software packages.
  • Perform hardware diagnostics and escalate repairs as needed.
  • Maintain IT inventory of laptops, monitors, and accessories.
  • Track hardware allocation and return for joiners/leavers.
  • Report and escalate suspicious activity (phishing, data loss incidents).
  • Follow IT security and data privacy protocols according to the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities in the ticketing system.
  • Support IT audits by maintaining logs and inventory accuracy.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Thai National
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and common troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, user account administration, identity platforms (such as Azure AD), or system monitoring tools is an advantage.
  • Good command of English (reading and writing).
  • Good critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
