Mathewson Underfloor Heating Solutions was founded in 1998 and has been providing high quality underfloor heating ever since. At the forefront of innovation, we have seen the business grow into one of the country’s leading underfloor heating contractors/designers. The company was acquired by Cenergist Limited in 2022 whose endeavor is to continue the success and growth of the business.

The Site Supervisor is based in Washington, Tyne and Wear. Due to the nature of our work this role would involve regular travel around the UK and regular overnight stays. (Accommodation and subsistence allowance paid)

• Salary of £33,000 per annum

• Completing all site paperwork and actively participating in site meetings to ensure seamless project execution.
• Following site drawings and guiding subcontractors to adhere to these plans, ensuring precision and quality.
• Installing manifolds and flow and return pipework, laying the foundation for efficient systems.
• Conducting thorough pressure testing and quality assurance to guarantee flawless installations before screeding.
• Swiftly addressing leak repairs and making necessary pipework adjustments to maintain system integrity.
• Skillfully installing temporary boilers and buffers to preheat the floor, ensuring optimal conditions.
• Efficiently decommissioning boilers once the floor is acclimatized, completing the process with care.
• Conduct servicing and maintenance for existing installations, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.

Required: 

•  CSCS Card
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence

Desirable but not essential: 

•  SSSTS or SMSTS 
•  First Aid 
•  Banksman training 
•  SEATS 
•  Product knowledge of Screed 

Please note a BPSS Security Clearance check which includes a standard DBS will be carried out if successful.

• Previous experience in Underfloor Heating or a related field is desirable but not essential.
