Monevo provides the infrastructure, technology, decisioning & relationships to facilitate a highly complex global personal loan marketplace that is growing rapidly.


Reporting to the UK Territory Director we are looking for a Sales Director to join the team at Monevo. The aim of this role is to provide market insight and business development opportunities alongside working with existing relationships to maximise all development opportunities.



Key Responsibilities

To achieve & exceed all revenue targets and KPI’s. 


To work with the UK Territory Director to shape and lead the sales & business development strategy. 


To identify new revenue streams in existing sectors. 


To research new sectors identifying new opportunities for revenue streams. 


Contract negotiations. 


Lead, manage and run the sales process.


Manage the Business Development team to achieve their targets & KPIs. 


To continually develop and understand the competitive landscape and create a knowledge base to support key stakeholders and all areas of the business.


To promote Monevo and other Quint Group brands and develop our presence and networks in the financial services and technology markets.


Key Skills/Experience

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a related or similar area.


Strong commercial acumen combined with strong understanding of Fintech business/Financial services (B2B/B2BC).


Excellent communicator combining interpersonal relationship building with meeting facilitation and a high level of presentation skills..


Excellent negotiation skills.


Experience of analysing and presenting MI and data.


Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently based on strong organisational and planning skills.


Ability to manage a busy workload in a fast paced environment.


Ability to manage internal stakeholder relationships at all levels and contribute as part of a team.


Strong technical and IT skills.


Experience of working in a  regulated environment.
