Terms & conditions

1.1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) is to govern the procedure of submission of the Applications to Sonarworks.

1.2. By submission of the Application you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, therefore you must read them carefully.

1.3. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you may not submit your Application to Sonarworks.


2.  TERMS 


2.1. Application – application submitted by the Candidate to apply for a job vacancy with Sonarworks. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions term “Application” includes any and all submitted documents and information (including, but not limited to CV).

2.2. Candidate (also “you”) – a natural person, who directly applies for a job vacancy at Sonarworks.

2.3. Sonarworks (also “we”) - SIA "Sonarworks", registration Nr. 40103611667, legal address: Smerla street 3, Riga, LV-1006, Latvia.

2.4. Privacy Policy – Sonarworks’ Privacy Policy for the Submission and Evaluation of Applications that establishes the procedure of processing Personal data. Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.




The processing of your Personal data in connection with applying for a job vacancies at Sonarworks is governed by the Privacy Policy. You must read the Privacy Policy which is available together with these Terms and Conditions.




4.1. Submission of the Application by the Candidate:

4.1.1.  If you are submitting the Application about yourself, you must at first carefully read the job description and its requirements. If you wish to submit your candidature for the respective job vacancy, you must fill in the requested information, upload your CV, confirm to have read these Terms and Conditions (including the Privacy Policy), choose, whether you wish to allow us to process your Personal data in case of future job vacancies (as described in the Privacy Policy) and submit the Application.

4.1.2.  If you do not want us to store your Personal data for future vacancies and wish Personal data to be stored for the period determined in the Privacy Policy Clause 7.1., then please tick off a box stating that you “agree for your Personal data to be used for this position only”.

4.1.3.  If you wish us to store your Personal data in case of future job vacancies as described in Privacy Policy Clause 7.3., then please tick off a box stating that you “agree for your Personal data to be used for all suitable positions” and your Personal data will be processed according to Privacy Policy.

4.2. We may ask you to submit additional information or fulfill a practical task if it is necessary to assess your suitability for the job vacancy.




5.1. After receiving the Application, we will examine it to assess your suitability for the job vacancy.

5.2. If we consider that you could be suitable for the job, we will contact you to agree on the further steps in recruitment. In case we consider that you are not suitable for the job, we will send you a refusal letter to your email address. The refusal letter shall be deemed received on the second business days from the day on which it has been sent out.




You may not submit the Application in a way that infringes Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and/or applicable laws, including, without limitations, information, which is untrue, misleading or incorrect.




Sonarworks may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving a personal notice. Your Application is subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of submitting the Application.
