As a Room Attendant you’ll be the heart of our guest experience, transforming rooms into flawless retreats. You’ll take pride in transforming every room into a sanctuary, where cleanliness and comfort meet. Your role is essential in upholding our high standards of quality and hygiene, as you meticulously clean, sanitize, and present rooms with care. By doing so, you help set the stage for a memorable experience that leaves guests feeling relaxed, refreshed, and cared for.

What You'll Do

  • Clean, organize, and prepare guest rooms to ensure they meet high cleanliness standards.
  • Refresh rooms during guest stays as requested, providing a touch of hospitality in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily cleaning targets and maintain high service standards.
  • Restock supplies, ensure all equipment is well-maintained, and follow safety protocols.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate team members to maintain guest safety and satisfaction.
  • Ensure that guest preferences and special requests are handled with care and attention.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily cleaning targets and maintain high service standards.



Who We're Looking For

  • You're able to clean 12-14 rooms within an 8 hour shift
  • You take pride in delivering spotless results and ensuring every room feels like new.
  • You are detail-oriented, catching the little things that make a big difference in guest satisfaction.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple rooms with efficiency and consistency.
  • You’re flexible, always adapting to changing needs or guest requests.
  • You have a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
  • You understand the importance of maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and safety for all guests.
  • You’re a team player who enjoys working alongside others to create a smooth operation.
