Finxflo is looking for an amazing Head of Institutional Sales to support our growth!  

 

Finxflo is a regulated crypto brokerage designed to help traders access the best prices with an unparalleled level of transparency and efficiency. 

 

We are looking for a Head of Institutional sales that is enthusiastic to lead and grow Finxflo’s sales team, directly contributing to business growth and retention.  

In short, what you will be doing 


  • Identifies and cultivates prospects and/or clients to drive revenues  
  • Experience with leading and mentoring the sales team  
  • Motivate your sales team to achieve the best they can   
  • Meet sales goals outlined by management  
  • Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities 
  • Exploit your sales experience and implement creative strategies to achieve revenue growth 
  • Lead new business meetings and closes sales to institutional investors and other businesses 
  • Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts through business development activities and upselling 
  • Consistent proactive and creative engagements with prospective contacts 
  • Develops and maintains relationships with sub-advisors and consultants 
  • Collaborates with Marketing team on product and sales materials, ensuring they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity 
  • Work closely with Finxflo team members to develop sales opportunities 


What you need to bring along  

 

  • Minimum 7-10 years of professional working experience.  
  • Relevant experience in digital assets or Financial Services is preferred.  
  • Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.  
  • Must have excellent sales skills and in-depth product and broad financial services knowledge.  
  • Strong communication and presentation skills  
  • Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization  
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals 
  • General understanding of the digital assets, financial markets and blockchain technology
