Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and promote employee engagement and growth.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including talent search, drawing and posting of job ads, candidate screening, interviews, etc.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for all new hires.
  • Conduct periodic one-on-one sessions with existing employees to maintain high levels of job satisfaction.
  • Create and manage internal HR processes, including hiring, training, promotion, escalation, and other working policies.
  • Handle employee documents, including work agreements, vacation applications, sick leaves, work permits, etc., to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Organize team building activities and corporate events to foster a positive and collaborative organizational culture.
  • Ensure effective internal communications to promote transparency, collaboration, and a strong sense of community.
  • Continuously evaluate HR programs and processes to ensure their effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to the HR team and other departments on HR-related matters.



Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Head of HR in an international company.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Latvian, other languages, especially Russian, are an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with Sage HR or similar HR software.
  • Strong commitment to employee engagement and building a positive organizational culture.
  • Experience in fintech or other digital industries is a plus.
