Description

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and well organised competent B2B Marketing Manager to join our busy Marketing team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial Fin-tech business.


This role comes with a number of responsibilities and is a fantastic opportunity to grow and build global awareness for Quint’s multiple brands and products. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Director to help deliver the Groups growth and awareness strategy. 


We are looking for someone who is a passionate and hardworking individual willing to get involved in all activities and as this role has multi-brand responsibilities, organisational skills are essential. 


Key Responsibilities

Monevo Global Marketing

Work closely with Commercial and Product teams to produce focused sales material (FSM)


Coordinate with international teams (US, AUS, POL, UK) on a regular basis to initiate and complete marketing projects across multiple territories.


Storyboard video and social assets, and work with Creative Team (Designer & Content Writer) to produce presentations, digital campaigns, news hub articles, social content


Manage projects across Digital, Events, Sponsorship, and Awards


PR - Write press releases, coordinate press outreach


Manage social media and digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)


Manage relationship with TransUnion to produce and manage co-branded Event & PR projects 


Work with senior stakeholders to create annual marketing strategies, implementing them in line with OKR best practice (Objective & Key Results)

PR - as required

Quint Group Brand & Communications


Work closely with HR to maintain and promote Employer brand


Manage and drive content for social media, news hubs, PR campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)


Manage inbound requests from Quint Group via Monday, process tasks and workflow, keep stakeholders updated, assuring high quality and timely delivery of marketing support to the Group.

Key Skills and Compentencies

Extremely well organised, creative and passionate. 


Strong relationship-building skills: ability to engage and maintain current external & internal relationships


Day-to-day management of organic Social Media posts and content including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.


Day-to-day management of creative agencies (including PR & freelancers as required).


High attention to detail to ensure consistency of brand image (look, feel., and tone).

Superlative writing and editing skills.


Flair for B2B digital and print design.


Ability to conceptualise complex and abstract B2B and bring to life with compelling story-telling and messages.

Experience

3+ years experience in e-commerce.


Experience in at least 2 of the required work streams (Social Media, PR, Creative, Agency Management)


Experience of Monday, Photoshop, CMS, Unbounce, MAPP, Shutterstock is a plus. 



Experience in delivering presentations and strategies to departments and senior managers
