We’ve borrowed the inviting red neon signs and the easy-going vibe, the burgers, the shakes, the bottomless coffee, a dash of nostalgia, but there’s nothing old-school about Mollie’s. Expect innovative digital check-in, EV chargers, designer rooms with a fresh Soho House look and affordable prices. Mollie’s has already been named as the ‘Best Budget Hotel’ in the Sunday Times Best Places to Stay, Best Innovator in the GQ Food & Drink Awards, and was awarded the Catey Award for Best Use of Technology.
Following the success of its first sites in Oxfordshire and Bristol, a third site in Manchester is currently underway and a further ten locations are already earmarked as part of the immediate expansion plan to forge a new ‘budget-luxe’ sector in the travel and leisure industry.
