The Lead Housekeeper reports into the facilities Manager and is responsible for the Housekeeping team. The Lead Housekeeper and the housekeeping team are responsible for providing high quality cleaning services across the Hospice in order to offer a safe, clean and welcoming environment to patients, visitors and staff. This is a hands-on cleaning role with supervisory responsibilities.

 

The Lead Housekeeper will be responsible for supervising, training and guiding housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and order within a facility, often managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards.
