YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY

Due to the rapid development of the business, SIA Adaptive Media three founders are searching for a reliable Personal Assistant with strong planning and multitasking skills who will handle personal matters and issues on a daily basis. If you love helping people to fulfill their everyday tasks and stay organized - this job is for you!


As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with company founders to provide administrative support mainly in personal matters. You will play a pivotal role in helping founders to make the best use of their time, thus ensuring productive business development.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizing private meetings, including appointments
  • Personal shopping on behalf of the founders
  • Making payments of various bills (rent, goods, services, etc.)
  • Planning and helping in organizing private activities and events
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Daily liaising with staff and suppliers
  • Conducting market research in various fields (tourism, the offer of services and goods, entertainment, etc.) 
  • Follow-up on founders' agendas 
  • Organize car maintenance checkups
  • Assist in other founders' activities and projects, including arranging the necessary paperwork
  • Work trips to Valmiera once in one/two week(s)

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1+ year relevant experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant role
  • Fluent English and Latvian language skills, both written and spoken
  • B category driving license and a private car that you can use for work needs
  • Great listening and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and caring personality with a passion for ensuring tasks proceed efficiently and according to the plan
  • High sense of responsibility with an ability to think 2 steps ahead
  • Proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Discretion dealing with confidential information
  • Ability to navigate in multiple areas (banking, entertainment, tourism, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially, Excel)
