We are looking for a strong HR Professional tol join our team and level up our HR processes. 


  • 2+ years of practical work experience in a similar position (HR Manager or HR Partner);
  • Experience with all stages of the employee's life cycle;
  • Understanding of Latvian labor law;
  • Experience in HR administration;
  • Experience in resolving conflict situations;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) and negotiation skills; 
  • Level of English is Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • Experience in a culture-related issues will be an advantage;
  • Experience in managing work permits for employees will be an advantage. 


  • Take care of regular processes throughout employees' lifecycle (onboarding, adaptation, assessment, development, one-on-one meetings, regular feedback sessions, exit interviews);
  • Close cooperation with a leadership team;
  • Keeping employee records up to date;
  • Take part in creating company policies and processes description;
  • Participation in HR projects through the company (like values description, mentorship program creation, etc.); 
  • Act as a partner for managers and employees to keep a high level of performance.
