Digital Marketing Project Manager for Baltics

We are looking for a Baltic Digital Marketing Project Manager to run our regional digital campaigns and to own how Sorainen shows up in digital channels across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. This is a role for someone who enjoys both sides of digital: planning and delivering projects, and getting hands-on with channels, data and tools.

You will work within the Growth team, together with the Marketing and Communication teams in all three countries, the Business Development team, and directly with lawyers and senior management. Your work will shape how clients, future colleagues and the market find and experience one of the strongest professional services brands in the Baltics.

• Leading and managing regional digital projects and campaigns end to end: brief, plan, budget, timeline, roles, risks, delivery and retrospectives, coordinating with the local teams.
• Leading and being accountable for our digital channels across the Baltics: email marketing and newsletters, LinkedIn and other social media, webinars, paid advertising, SEO and AI visibility; accountable for strategy, performance, content strategy and channel development; sets priorities and measures results; does not execute everything personally.
• Building our marketing analytics: agree metrics up front, build dashboards, track spend and outcomes, and present clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Managing digital vendors and budgets: agencies, web development, paid media and analytics, from selection and briefing to quality and cost control.
• Leading and being accountable for the website as a marketing channel: content structure, technical quality, SEO performance and the development roadmap, together with our vendors.
• Setting shared standards and practical playbooks for digital work that our country teams can reuse, so that good work scales instead of being reinvented.
• Raising the team’s digital capability: improve our tools and infrastructure, train colleagues and improve the return on our marketing spend.

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of at least four channels: LinkedIn and social media, e-mail marketing, paid advertising, SEO, webinars, website, podcasts.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with modern project management training or certification and a track record you can show us.
• At least 2 years of managing multi-country or multi-brand digital activity, including at least two significant multi-market digital campaigns or platform projects you delivered.
• A results-oriented mindset and strong marketing analytics skills: you define metrics, build dashboards and reporting, work confidently with web, social and email analytics tools, and you know your way around Excel.
• Marketing automation or email platform experience, including list management, email micro-segmentation and data protection compliance.
• Vendor management experience: briefing on business objectives, getting cost estimates up front and controlling digital budgets.
• Strong AI literacy: you use AI tools well, you understand AI search and visibility, and you can deliver at a high level of quality without them.
• Team player: a collaborator, you like working with people. You have experience leading and motivating teams of independent professionals to collaborate; you believe that we can achieve more by working together.
• A confident strategic marketing thinker with business understanding, impeccable presentation skills (producing and presenting) and the personality and confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English and either Latvian or Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
• A university degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.

• If you are to be employed in Latvia, the salary range for this 3250 - 4250 EUR gross
• If you are to be employed in Lithuania, the salary range for this 4000 - 5000 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies and professional experience.
