TECH WRITER WITH BETTING EXPERIENCE (MIDDLE) (P100)

We are looking for talented Technical writer/Вusiness Analyst with ability to structure his/her own and other's thoughts for description of external and internal technical requirements.

• 2 years experience in sports betting industry
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines
• Excellent technical writing skills in English - both English and Russian 
• Excellent verbal communication skills (Russian, English)
• Experience in preparing product manuals, release notes, API docs, etc.
• Experience with Jira and Atlassian Confluence
• Ability to work in a multifunctional team
• Organised and capable of working simultaneously on multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines would be a benefit
• High level of responsibility

• Detailed requirements gathering and definition in discussion with the Product, Tech and Client department teams
• Compose clear and concise documentation in Confluence and Jira
• Convert complex technical information to a non-technical language for a non-technical audience
• Make sure that everything is diligently documented, and the information is communicated to all stakeholders involved
• Take existing and potential content and improve it
• Grooming of requirements that were already written up by somebody else
• Participate in incidents to create a follow up tickets if necessary
