Job Brief

The Card Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of Paybis' new consumer and commercial card programs. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead product development initiatives. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and operationally adept, with deep experience in payments and card program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and refine the card program roadmap, balancing consumer and commercial card offerings.
  • Lead relationships with card issuers, processors, and card networks such as Visa and Mastercard.
  • Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, PCI-DSS, and other relevant financial services regulations.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to develop and launch card features.
  • Manage program performance, tracking usage metrics, customer satisfaction, and fraud metrics.
  • Define program strategy, KPIs, and go-to-market plans.
  • Handle operational issues related to card fulfillment, disputes, and fraud monitoring.
  • Monitor program performance and generate executive-level reports to inform decision-making.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or banking, with at least 2 years managing card programs.
  • Deep understanding of card issuing infrastructure, including BIN sponsorship, card network rules, and processors.
  • Experience with crypto-integrated card products or digital wallet systems is a plus.
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with financial services compliance requirements (AML/KYC, PCI-DSS).
  • Proven track record of launching or scaling prepaid, debit, or credit card programs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
