Due to our ongoing growth and success, Taylor Hopkinson now seek a successful, driven, Business Development professional who can take full ownership and accountability of our business strategy for permanent recruitment to be based in either Amsterdam or London and ensure this is executed. You will be directing the growth of the sector through the development of a high performing team. Our international team of consultants, managers and directors will fully support and collaborate with you to ensure your success.

Role and Requirements

  • In collaboration with Senior Management Team to produce the strategic business development plan. 
  • Working towards agreed milestones in the strategic business development plan. 
  • Reporting concise and accurate management information to the CEO and Management Team monthly. 
  • Active participation in Management Meetings by preparing properly and following up on all actions agreed. 
  • Being ‘in the market’ on a consistent basis and building relationships on a face-to-face basis. 
  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients, networking through to map specific markets and to develop 
  • Our reputation as a go-to expert in these client accounts in new areas. 
  • Delivering strategic mandates where the target candidate pools offer accretive value for business development. 
  • Previous experience in either a Recruitment role or environment.
  • Collaborating with other teams to deliver non-strategic mandates. 
  • Utilising the market information learned through market research and day to day conversations with clients and candidates in the market to work collaboratively with the team, the Director and the wider business to contribute input to strategic plans to grow market share, team NFI and team headcount. 
  • Experience in the Energy Sector and or recruitment or similar environment
