WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • You will source and procure materials related to aircraft cabin interior;
  • Arrange shipments of aircraft cabin items and monitor delivery status; Ensure budget targets are met; 
  • Update Maintenance Information System according to the fields of responsibility; 
  • Control core returns; 
  • Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding cabin purchase orders with external vendors; 
  • Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all cabin orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule; 
  • Coordinate imports and exports for your orders; 
  • In cooperation with the Technical Services Cabin team develop and keep updated cabin consignment stock; 
  • Control stock levels for a/c cabin items and ensure timely replenishment; 
  • Manage suppliers and ensure materials are shipped in a cost-efficient way.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • You should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement in the aviation industry;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
  • Good knowledge and experience in operating computer software programs, and handling computer data and information.
