As a Room Attendant, you hold the key to creating a lasting first impression for our guests. Your role is essential in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and presentation, transforming each room into a peaceful, welcoming retreat for every guest.

• Clean, organize, and prepare guest rooms to ensure they meet high cleanliness standards.
• Refresh rooms during guest stays as requested, providing a touch of hospitality in every interaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily cleaning targets and maintain high service standards.
• Restock supplies, ensure all equipment is well-maintained, and follow safety protocols.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate team members to maintain guest safety and satisfaction.
• Ensure that guest preferences and special requests are handled with care and attention.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily cleaning targets and maintain high service standards.
