Ruptela is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our ambitious and high-performing Sales team.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding Ruptela's presence in international markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth within assigned markets;
  • Identify, acquire, and develop long-term relationships with new B2B customers and strategic partners;
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key accounts while identifying new business opportunities;
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, and account development;
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and business negotiations both remotely and face-to-face;
  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend tailored telematics and IoT solutions;
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical teams to deliver outstanding customer experience;
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities;
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives;
  • Represent Ruptela at industry events, exhibitions, and customer visits when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in telematics, IoT, SaaS, technology, automotive, or a related industry;
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals;
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
  • Experience working with international customers and partners;
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate business needs into value-driven solutions;
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team;
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities;
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills (written and spoken).

The salary range for this position is from 2480 € (gross) per month plus monthly bonuses. As Ruptela is an equal-opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
