Requirements

At Mollie’s, Chefs must be food obsessed, dedicated to exceeding guest expectations, and focused on training and developing within a high performing kitchen team to achieve agreed KPIs, controls, and high standards; You will be a dynamic team member, expected to train and develop within a team. You need to be driven, passionate about food, and have an acute attention to detail. You will ensure that the Mollie’s high food standards and operational procedures are always maintained; You will work closely with the Head Chef to implement new processes and initiatives, constantly creating new opportunities and recommendations to improve the business.


We are looking for candidates who are well organised, and passionate about their work, with an eagerness to learn and build an exciting career with a fast growing, leading hospitality business. We require a minimum of three years’ experience as a Sous Chef and a degree/diploma in catering/ hospitality is preferred but not essential
