As Product Marketing Executive you will report into the Product Marketing Lead and join the wider marketing team. We work as an extension of our brand partners’ Marketing teams to deliver fully branded marketing and a seamless customer journeys. These partners include RAC, Virgin Money, Sainsbury’s Bank and Asda Money. The team works together to create seamless, market-leading customer journeys to drive conversion and increase customer satisfaction. You will be an integral part of building our products, deciding what they look like for our customers and how they launch to market.
You will be working with the Product Marketing Lead to constantly review our product offering to find new ways of better serving our customers’ needs and the changing ways in which customers shop online.
The needs of the customer are at the core of everything we do. As Product Marketing Executive you will support the Product Marketing Lead, acting as the bridge between the customer and Hood Group. You will play a significant role in shaping to the way our products look and feel. As such, market research is a key part of this role; being aware of what is out there, what our competitors are doing and any potential opportunities is key to being successful in the role.
