We're looking for an experienced leader in betting industry to make our Trading team stronger.

• An in-depth sporting knowledge and a thorough understanding of sports betting, odds compilation, risk management and live betting
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Ability to work in 24/7 environment
• Strong mathematical background and a thorough understanding of bookmaking theory and value betting
• Highly IT literate and knowledge of the relevant geographic betting markets
• Have passion for improvements (feeds, processes)
• Good understanding of odds and data feeds providers

•  Act as an important people leader, focused on optimising of recruitment, training, onboarding and development of all traders into high performing individuals, who contribute to the success of the wider team
• Take care of our coverage, markets, margins
• Report directly to Chief Sportsbook officer
• Take responsibility for sportsbook performance margin
