WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • You will assist SmartLynx Account Management Lead on daily business processes;
  • You will participate in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships;
  • You will arrange negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
  • You will assist in maintaining and developing SmartLynx competencies and delivery capability in the following areas: charter price calculation, negotiation with tour-operator clients, ACMI price calculations, and negotiations with clients; 
  • You will take part and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
  • You will assist in clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
  • You will participate in developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales;
  • You will collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within their territory;
  • You will assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • You have a relevant university degree (preferably Business Management, Economics, Finances, or Law) you can be last year student;
  • You have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • You have the ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting;
  • You have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross-functionally, think practically, and be solution-oriented;
  • You are highly skilled at identifying priorities. Capable of asking questions, proactively seeking clarity, and moving quickly to action.
  • You have good planning skills that go along with proper time management and flexibility;
  • You have strong problem-solving skills you are able to come up with solutions for service-related issues affecting clients;
  • You are proficient with MS Office programs;
  • You have excellent English language skills, other language skills are considered as an advantage.
