Description

deVOL Kitchens is recognised as a leading kitchen company in the UK, known for our quality craftsmanship and design expertise. Our offices are located in Leicestershire, London, New York, and Bath, and we are currently expanding.


We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Logistics team at our Shepshed and Loughborough offices.


The responsibilities of this position include:


  • Coordinating and planning kitchen logistics on a national and international scale.
  • Ensuring smooth communication and coordination between our workshop and office teams to streamline kitchen dispatch.
  • Assisting in the planning and organization of vehicle and container loading for our international clients.
  • Handling customs paperwork efficiently.
  • Addressing urgent, same-day logistics issues with prompt decision-making.
  • Conducting audits to ensure the accuracy of internal processes, including dispatch paperwork and inventory management.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:


  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • The capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
