Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day performance of a number of strategic partnerships for Money Guru.

Analysing commercial performance of these partners to understand market trends and identify opportunities to grow market share of the PCW space.

To deep dive into data and provide deeper analysis for providers and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

Successfully manage the relationship and development with strategic partners to drive growth within the Money channel to create a competitive marketplace.

Deliver an exceptional provider service, maximising income for the company and ensuring customers are getting the best deal by launching competitive products. 

Create lender packs and be the partner of choice through innovative and creative account management and commercial modelling.

Maximise commercial opportunities through development and idea generation.

Drive the development of MI and performance analysis to deliver conversion improvements. Focus on understanding and driving performance improvements with data insight.

Keep up to date and provide regular market insight to the team through own competitor research activity and sharing an interest in the industry through attendance at events, keeping abreast of movements/opportunities within the market.

To review performance MI daily/weekly/monthly to understand the drivers of current performance for partners.

Seek and influence products from providers to ensure that Money Guru has the best product coverage in the market.

Highlight and develop action plans to address areas of performance concern.

Build and lead collaborative working relationship with Partners to ensure MG are consulted in all new Product Launches and Provider Initiatives.

Proactively challenge and suggest opportunities to increase Money Guru’s competitive footprint.

Key Skills

2+ years successful Key Accounts/Relationship Management experience.

Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in using Excel and reporting services.

Good understanding and knowledge of consumer finance.

Ability to break down and solve complex problems.

A good commercial understanding.

A good understanding of analytics, performance, browser conversion, user behaviours and trends to identify optimisation opportunities.

Proactive, can-do attitude.

Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Able to manage a busy workload in a fast paced environment and communicate well with key stakeholders at all levels.

Able to work on own initiative.

Excellent attention to detail.

Able to work methodically.
