Loylogic’s Technology group is building their award-winning and innovative eCommerce as well as Digital Paymen solutions out of their India development centr eto support the rapid customer growth in its various business lines. In this role, you will be the technical leader for the modernization of technology architecture and DevSecOps of all solutions of Loylogic. You will report to the CTO, who is also based in Pune, India.

What you will do

  • Effectively lead, motivate and direct an Agile team of senior Microservices developers, test developers, and DevSecOps that delivers the architecture& DevSecOps engineering roadmap for all solutions in Loylogic. You will contribute daily through both coding and coaching of the team’s outcomes. The Product Management of this teamis with the CTO.
  • Partner the CTO to recruit and retain top engineering talentskilled in cloud-native software solutions.
  • Influence and manage stakeholders to build solid and effective relationships, internally and externally, that result in new approaches, processes, and improved results.
  • Create a sense of team and community by partnering with the CTO for India’s Technology organization’s presence.


What you will need

Primary Skills:


  • 10+ years of prior hands-on software development experience in Java web development. Additionally, at-least 5 yrs experience as a lead technical contributor in building and running highly scalable, distributed, high performance applications in different frameworks/Architecture like microservices, event driven architecture, Rest API's and Reactive systems
  • Deep technical understanding of cloud-native software solutions, DevOps(CICD,InfraAsCode),one of the cloud platforms including Azure/AWS/Google Cloud, Test Automation, and Polyglot persistence.
  • Strong customer focus and obsession with quality.
  • Experience with hiring and coaching cross-functional individual contributors.
