WHAT WILL YOU DO

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing our Planning Engineers to ensure that all maintenance tasks are compliant with organizational procedures and regulatory requirements. 


  • Review and approve Base Maintenance work packages;
  • Finalize the one-year advance Bid Work Package for Base Maintenance;
  • Oversee coordination with other Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) organizations;
  • Execute all assigned work efficiently and cost-effectively to maximize the utilization of the company's resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and facilities;
  • Review and accept checklists for updating technical records after aircraft base maintenance visits;
  • Direct and monitor the scheduling of maintenance work to match it with available resources in Line and Base Maintenance;
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with the approved maintenance program by our authorized maintenance organization.


LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field or proven competence through an assessment of knowledge to interpret maintenance requirements into maintenance tasks;
  • At least 4 years of experience within the aviation industry;
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills;
  • Good knowledge of EASA rules and regulations;
  • Proficiency in the English language;
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to operate software programs and handle computer data and information.
