What you will do:

  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls as well as receiving and directing visitors and clients to the right office
  • Provide Stationery, office consumable goods; work with designers and furniture producers in order to supply furniture and other related equipment.
  • Provide necessary reservations for business trips for management and other staff members.
  • Provide effective cooperation with suppliers, prepare annual price surveys and search for the best corporation offer.
  • Participate in the opening of new branches of the company and provide organization help to customer service specialist working in branches.
  • Provide support to employees and management on daily basis. e.g stationery, fueling of company motorbikes and motor vehicles.
  • Verifying receipts and petty cash schedules from branches.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned

What you will need:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili
  • Previous experience in Boda-boda financing is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent Swahili and English language knowledge
