Advisory Senior (Deals)

A role with our Advisory / Corporate Finance team will allow the right individual to be part of a fast growing and dynamic team helping BDO clients successfully navigate the Thailand M&A landscape.

From buy side to sell side to capital raises, our team plays an up-front hands on role throughout the transaction cycle, ensuring that our mix of local and international clients have all the right information they need in order to make the key decisions. 

Our clients range from local and internationals covering a variety of industries

• Being a key part of the delivery team primarily focusing on due diligence and the quantification/identification of financial and/or operational risks for buy-side, sell-side and capital raise transactions.
• Using our BDO tools preparing data books and “red-flag” reports for discussion with and presentation to key decision makers of our clients.
• Preparation of financial models and cashflow forecasts for both corporates and cash generating asset valuations
• Research and preparation of relevant transactions documents including proposals, teasers, industry overviews and detailed information memorandums.
• Preparation of written reports.

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• Post degree qualifications an advantage but not essential (CPA, CIA, CFA etc)
• At least 3 years experience .
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to think on feet and use sound judgement in decision making.
• Team player
• Thai National preferred
