About Paybis

Paybis launched in 2014 with one goal: make crypto accessible to people using payment methods they already trusted. Twelve years later, 8.5 million users across 180+ countries have used the platform, and over $6 billion has moved through it.

We are not a startup figuring out product-market fit. 2025 was our strongest year on record — 266% year-on-year growth, with stablecoins now the overwhelming majority of platform volume. Hundreds of businesses use Paybis infrastructure to handle crypto access, payouts, and financial flows inside their own platforms. What they buy is the accumulated compliance work, payment coverage, and operational reliability we've spent a decade building — under MiCA CASP and PI licences.

Someone has to put that story into words a bank's product committee will act on. That is this role.

About the Role

We are hiring a B2B Content Lead to own the selling materials and supporting content behind our institutional business — everything that helps a bank, EMI, PSP, or exchange decide to build on Paybis infrastructure.

This is not a content-marketing role, an SEO role, or a social media role. This is a pitch-writing role embedded directly with our sales leadership. You will sit in on real deal conversations, hear what institutional buyers ask, and turn it into proposals, decks, and documents that move deals forward. The rest of the content stack — data-driven case studies, industry articles, executive LinkedIn presence — builds on that foundation.

Two things make this role different. First, the industry: fintech and Web3 are converging into one market, and our content has to speak both languages fluently — to a Head of Payments at a neobank and to a crypto-native platform alike. Second, the constraint: we operate under licences across the EU, UK, US, and Canada. What we publish is regulated speech. You will work within a compliance review framework where every external claim is cleared before it ships — and you will help build that framework.

The role has clear room to grow into Head of B2B Content as the function and the team expand.

What You'll Be Doing

•  Creating the selling materials our institutional pipeline runs on — RFP responses, pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers, and due diligence support packs

•  Embedding with our CBDO and sales leadership: joining their calls, extracting what deals need, and delivering it proactively — without waiting for a brief

•  Supporting the conference circuit — talking points, opening messages, and follow-up materials for the industry events where our deals start

•  Building insight-driven content with our data team — turning real client growth stories into data-backed case studies, with at least one flagship case study per quarter

•  Producing the broader B2B layer: industry articles, news-response pieces on regulatory developments, landing pages, and LinkedIn content for our commercial leadership

•  Running the compliance review workflow with our Compliance team — agreed review timelines, documented sign-off on every external claim, and a maintained library of what we can and cannot say per jurisdiction

•  Maintaining a versioned, current, compliance-cleared library of all sales materials — one source of truth, no orphaned PDFs

What We Expect

Must-have

•  You have personally created selling materials — RFPs, pitch decks, proposals — for institutional buyers: banks, EMIs, PSPs, exchanges, or equivalent B2B financial audiences

•  4–6+ years of B2B content experience in fintech, payments, or crypto, with content shipped through compliance or legal review — you know how licensed entities publish

•  You understand both converging industries — fintech and Web3 — and can place a product in the market narrative, not just describe its features

•  Analytical mindset — you can work with a data team, ask the right commercial questions, and turn numbers into content an institutional buyer trusts

•  Proactive, low-friction working style — you merge into a sales team's rhythm, anticipate what they need, and save them time from week one

•  Native-level English and genuine domain fluency — stablecoins, on/off-ramp, custody, vIBANs, settlement — no hand-holding needed

Nice-to-have

•  A background in B2B sales — you sold before you wrote, and you know what sellers actually need in their hands

•  Working literacy in MiCA, PSD2, or adjacent licensing frameworks

•  Experience at a payments or banking-infrastructure company selling to institutions

•  Data-journalism or research-report experience

•  A second EU language

What Success Looks Like

30 days — Embedded and shipping

•  Full audit of existing materials completed — keep, fix, or kill verdict on everything in circulation

•  Compliance review framework agreed with our Compliance team — volumes, timelines, sign-off flow

•  Embedded in sales leadership's calls and shipping your first compliance-cleared deliverables

90 days — The engine is running

•  Core selling kit in active use by the sales team — master deck, one-pager, proposal template

•  Writing independently in our voice and industry context — peer-review corrections trending to minor

•  First data-backed client case study shipped; at least one deliverable used in a live deal or at a conference

6 months — The function exists because of you

•  Sales leadership has stopped writing their own materials — you anticipate needs before they're voiced

•  Every published claim has a documented compliance sign-off trail

•  Our content gets referenced by prospects and industry contacts unprompted

Interview Process

•  Head of HR interview — motivation, working style, experience verification

•  Practical assessment — a short, real-world pitch-writing task (shortlisted candidates only)

•  Hiring Manager interview — portfolio deep-dive and assessment debrief with our CMO

•  Final conversation with our CBDO — industry depth and working fit

•  Reference check through previous employers

Why Join Paybis?
