Job Overview

We provide outsourced managed services, deployment and migration projects as well as support services to a wide variety of clients using a Microsoft centric technology stack. We are currently looking to fill a technical consultant position in our project delivery team.


You will consult on and help design and implement Microsoft solutions with a focus on Office 365, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager (Intune), Windows Server and the Defender range of services.


As a Technology Consultant you will use your experience and knowledge of Microsoft cloud architecture, administration, and best practice recommendations, to assist customers with the design, development and deployment of Microsoft 365 and Azure and Windows Server solutions.


As a Microsoft partner we invest heavily in training and provide the time and support for you to achieve accreditations in multiple Microsoft product areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands on delivery of all project-based assignments within your team including consultancy, migrations and customer workshops.
  • Facilitate client planning meetings and articulate pros & cons of design/architecture decisions.
  • Demonstrate strong customer relationship skills and a willingness to lead customers through challenging projects.
  • Provide knowledge handover and training to other members of the Technical Team as required.
  • Act as a mentor to other Engineers and assist them with any queries with which they require support.
  • Research products, technologies, solutions and/or approaches to enhance the customer engagement and work to develop standards for the guidance of others.
  • Maintain and develop your own knowledge in light of technological developments, best business practice and the business objectives.


Essential Skills:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate


Essential Experience:

  • Expertise in configuring and managing Windows Server on-premises and in hybrid or infrastructure as a service environments.
  • Configuration and management of client devices and applications using Endpoint Manager (Intune).
  • Office 365 configuration and migrations including transfer of file data to SharePoint and OneDrive, mailbox moves to Exchange Online and the deployment of Teams services.
  • Azure Active Directory configuration including federation with third party applications and design of Conditional Access policies.
  • Azure resource design and deployment, specifically networking, storage, virtual machines and security products.
  • Deployment of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud Apps and Defender for Cloud services.

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate
  • Deployment of firewalls, content control systems and SMB network equipment.
