Impact Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)
- Design and implement Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) frameworks to track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) for diverse community programmes.
- Design and implement primary data collection tools and analyse relevant secondary data sources.
- Analyse and interpret data from various sources (surveys, attendance registers, stakeholder interviews).
- Translate evaluation findings into actionable learning that informs organisational strategy, practice and future programme development.
- Collate, verify and store data in line with GDPR and organisational requirements.
Reporting & Storytelling
- Produce, write and present compelling, high-quality impact reports for the Board of Trustees, funders and partners.
- Develop a portfolio of case studies, testimonials and photographic evidence to showcase the human impact of the foundation's work.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to disseminate impact findings through digital channels and annual reviews.
Strategy & Development
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape and refine the Foundation’s strategy based on data insights.
- Identify new areas for research and evaluation to continuously improve programme effectiveness.
Fundraising Support
- Provide data and evidence for funding bids to trusts, foundations and public sector partners to demonstrate a track record of success.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, ensuring they are engaged with the impact findings.
- Train delivery staff and coaches on the importance of data collection and how to use evaluation tools.
- Work collaboratively with partners to promote the appropriate sharing and use of information and insights.
Safeguarding
- Demonstrate, at all times, a commitment to safeguarding children and adults.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Yorkshire Cricket Safeguarding policy.
- Report any safeguarding concerns in accordance with Yorkshire Cricket’s Safeguarding Report Management Procedure.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment is maintained, at all times, in line with Yorkshire Cricket’s Safeguarding Guidance.
