With over 900 sites, Motor Fuel Group is the largest independent forecourt operator in the UK. In addition, it has a long-established motor fuel supply business to the independent forecourt dealer market operating under the well-recognised Murco brand.
We are currently looking for a Murco New Business Regional Sales Manager whose primary objective will be to grow Murco’s share of the market in this region by signing new dealers to the Murco brand. In addition, they will be responsible for the account management of a selected number of existing Murco dealers in this region.
The key area of responsibility for this individual will be the successful negotiation of fuel supply agreements with prospective new customers.
In addition, the day to day support and development of existing Murco dealers will also be required.
The successful candidate will ideally be located in the Midlands, East of England, South East or South West and have a proven track record in the retail fuels dealer market sector.
The post is largely field-based and mileage is likely to exceed 35,000 miles per annum.

- Excellent communication, numeracy and negotiation skills.
- High levels of self-motivation, durability and persistence.
- A thorough understanding of the UK’s retail fuel industry.
