We now have an opportunity for a Gas Calibration Engineer to join the calibration team.

You will possess technical ability and once trained will be responsible for the calibration of gas detection equipment such as flue gas analysers, gas detectors, personal gas monitors and associated equipment.

We are seeking applications from people who may have an industrial / petrochemical background or someone who may have completed an applicable apprenticeship.

Based at our office in Thornaby, Teesside, this is a great opportunity to join a growing company.

About the Role:

Working alongside the calibration teams you will eventually be responsible along with the Senior Gas Calibration Engineer for the smooth running of the gas calibration laboratory.

As a day to day role you will be responsible for the calibration of instruments such as flue gas analysers, gas detectors and personal gas monitors from the likes of manufacturers such as Testo, Anton and Crowcon.
