• Support the Marketing Leader with executing the Marketing and Communications Strategy for Veran Performance
• Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels for maximum Return On Investment
• Support the creation and execution of successful marketing campaigns, from planning and budgeting to implementation
• Support the Marketing Leader with managing events, including event planning, publishing events online, marketing of events and coordinating 
• Craft compelling messages and visuals for different mediums (Content writing: Internal comms, blogs, social media, email marketing; and graphic design)
• Enhance the visibility and effectiveness of content with search engine optimisation
• Build and manage user-friendly and optimised websites with content management systems
• Leverage emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence to enhance marketing strategies
• Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct thorough market research, analyse competitor strategies, and gather valuable customer insights 
• Effectively manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring quality outcomes
• Build and maintain a strong brand identity, and engage effectively with audiences across various platforms
• Ability to learn to use Salesforce fluently for recording sales and marketing activity
• Craft compelling messages for different channels including blogs, social media, email marketing, internal comms
• Using graphic design skills to create documents for publication online, infographics, flyers
