The Role:
Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a talented Senior Residential Sales Agent to join our prestigious Blackrock Team, specialising in premium and high-value properties.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the current sales portfolio
- Explore the market for new property instructions, identifying and maximising business opportunities.
- Meet potential vendors and actively promote Lisney Residential Sales.
- Promote properties for sale using bespoke strategies tailored to each unique property.
- Manage online advertisement and marketing to maximise property exposure.
- Negotiate and agree offers on property sales, representing parties effectively in all negotiations.
- Monitor the sales process, liaising with third parties when required to ensure smooth transactions.
- Build strong relationships with local property owners and investors, maintaining Lisney’s reputation for excellence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear, effective, and timely communication with clients and colleagues.
- Work as part of a dynamic team to deliver a high standard of service to clients.
- Achieve personal and branch KPIs while actively engaging in personal learning and development.
We’re looking for someone who brings the following strengths to the role:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in residential sales, preferably with exposure to luxury or unique property markets and premium brands.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple sales processes efficiently.
- Good knowledge of local property markets and trends.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for business development and achieving sales targets.
- Full clean drivers licence and property service licence
