Working with the team to implement new lender and partner integrations and manage existing integrations ensuring they are correctly set up and optimised on an ongoing basis.
Working with the data and product teams, including the set up and management of our AI & Machine learning platform.
Providing partners and internal colleagues with support on technical integrations.
To spec provider integrations to the off -shore Core Systems team including user stories, test acceptance criteria, file format charts (integration checklists), flow charts and other requirements as needed.
To complete full end to end testing of incoming and outgoing integrations, producing an outcome report to all key stakeholders.
Continually test and develop the platforms decisioning capability ensuring it is optimised and market leading.
Create reporting solutions for errors and communicate to internal stakeholders, partners or providers.
Effectively troubleshoot problems, identifying and implementing solutions.
Perform regular detailed reviews of existing systems, identifying areas of improvement & optimisations.
To act as a key liaison between various internal teams to ensure work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner in line with business strategy.
To follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Assist in developing documentation to support knowledge base and internal procedures for varied audiences.
