We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Design Lead to join our team and help us succeed with shaping Sonarworks SoundID products with a passion for designing cutting-edge digital products.

• Designing next-generation Sonarworks SoundID product 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure that design is integrated into the product development process from start to finish
• Lead the design team, provide guidance and support to other designers, and help them to reach their full potential
• Ensure that design deliverables are of high quality and are aligned with the company's design standards maintaining and evolving a consistent and coherent design language across all products and platforms
• Collaborate with external creative agencies and freelancers to bring in fresh perspectives and enhance the design work produced by the internal team
• By working closely with user researchers, take part and ensure that the right user research is done to validate design decisions and inform the design process

• Professional experience designing digital products, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centred designs that meet business goals
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex design challenges
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with digital product design, including mobile and web applications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Decent overlap of GMT+2 timezone
• Leadership skills
