The Mission for Loan Portfolio Manager: to support credit risk analysis, loan portfolio management and risk processes as a strong and important part of Mogo Africa Risk function with the goal to constantly improve risk-based lending strategy and increase company's profitability.

• Design and maintain reporting system for screening portfolios / KPIs on regular basis
• Ensure portfolio quality and avoid unexpected credit losses
• Suggest solutions for improving data quality and accessibility
• High quality ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
• lending strategies and operational processes and present proposals to better manage credit risk exposure
• Test and monitor technical developments of the client management system
• Manage and improve automated underwriting/scoring/loan-monitoring tools.

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance or related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good Excel and SQL knowledge
• Previous experience (at least 2 years) in risks management or similar
• Ability to work independently, self-managing, ability to work under pressure
• Fluent English
• Personality that is able to take ownership and be data-driven, solution oriented & flexible to deal with various tasks.
