Finance Officer

We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations
• Processing transactions and maintaining precise financial records
• Assisting with financial reporting and administrative tasks
• Ensuring the smooth running of financial processes in line with organisational policies and regulations
• Providing support to the Senior Leadership Team when required
• Managing general financial administration across all Skills & Education Group entities

• AAT Level 2 or equivalent experience is desirable
• Ability to work with a high attention to detail
• Experience of working within a busy finance team
• Commercial awareness of the education/training sector
• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office competency)
• Strong interpersonal skills

Salary: £24,290.46 - £29,566.87 (dependent on experience)
