WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Act as a liaison between customers and management in order to enhance the overall customer experience;
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, messages, and customer service inquiries;
  • Maintain weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses, and feedback so as to develop customer service analytics, perform ad-hock calculations;
  • Provide detailed information about the products and services offered to the customers;
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • Must have logical thinking to provide answers to customer questions as well as resolutions for various issues that may arise;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a polite manner in person, over the phone, and via email;
  • Must be customer service-orientated person;
  • Previous experience working with numbers and analytical methods to apply practical solutions to complex business problems will be considered as an advantage;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a high-pressure environment;
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment;
  • Microsoft Office proficiency;
  • Good English language.
