The Fundraising Support Officer reports into the Fundraising Development Manager, they will play a pivotal role within our team, providing essential operational support to the fundraising development team. With a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, the Fundraising Support Officer will help to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall success of our fundraising efforts.

 

This position involves coordinating fundraising activities, managing donor and volunteer databases, and ensuring the smooth execution of fundraising events and activities. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for supporting our mission. This role is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team making a real difference in our community.

Knowledge and Experience

Essential

·        Previous experience of delivering a high standard of support in a busy office/environment

·        Demonstrable experience of communicating to a broad range of stakeholders using various media (e.g. email, publications, letters)

·        Experience of CRM

·        Experience of working or supporting others in the management of relationships with important stakeholders

·        Experienced user of a digital collaboration platform e.g. Teams

·        Proven track record of working to and achieving targets

Desirable

·        Experience with Canva or another design tool would be beneficial
