Partnerships Manager is an exciting, sought after and multi-award winning martech.  We provide market leading customer conversion optimisation technology and we are looking for someone to join our rapidly expanding team as the new Partnerships Manager. 

Role Overview

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for establishing and developing business relationships with key individuals at agencies and affiliate networks.  In this critical role you will be constantly looking for ways to strengthen’s relationships.  Your objective is to grow the volume of business we do through these partners.

Reporting to the Partnerships Director, you’ll be central in the commercial team’s effort to achieve an increased pipeline and the business’ revenue goals. This is a demand generation role so you will have the luxury of passing identified commercial opportunities over to the sales team to close.  This leaves you free to focus your time on the people and teams at the partnerships you are nurturing.  

You need to be very comfortable with travel in the UK and Europe, entertaining your contacts, representing ideas and developing yourself as an authority on Conversion Rate Optimisation.  You will be able to maintain professional relationships at all times and be ever mindful of’s commercial objectives.

The successful candidate will;

  • Show an passion for digital marketing
  • Be able to spot an opportunity and sell an idea
  • Ideally you will have 3+ years experience in a business development or marketing role
  • Have excellent oral and written presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, sales driven and results orientated
  • Have regularly presented or sold to senior decision makers
  • Be highly sociable
  • Be a team player who is also able to work independently
  • Be able to travel
  • Understand how to read, interpret and use data
  • Be eager to learn about and share new ideas

The successful candidate may also;

  • Have worked in or with advertising agencies
  • Have worked in or with affiliate marketing networks
  • Have worked in or with a digital marketing team
  • Have experience of Hubspot and understand the value of a good CRM
  • Be able to speak a 2nd European language
  • Be able to write html code (just a little)
