About the role

Our team has quadrupled this year and there are no plans to stop. We strive to grow even faster in the coming years, so we need a real talent hunter, who is capable of helping us recruit the right people at the right time. We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help us build our hiring pipeline. If you feel ready to dive into a dynamic start-up environment and help us grow teams across multiple countries (we already have teams across Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine), then this is the role for you.

In this role, you will

  • In conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team, implement and maintain Ovoko’s recruitment strategy, ensuring immediate and future needs are considered
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for multiple roles, from developing an engaging sourcing strategy and interviews to the feedback stage and getting talent on board
  • Create and maintain a thorough internal and external talent pipeline for future roles
  • Contribute to the creation of our employer brand
  • Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to elevate candidates experience
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements to the recruitment processes as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from product teams

About you

  • Considerable experience in recruitment field, either gained from working within in-house recruitment function or recruitment agency
  • Strong headhunting, active search and candidate attraction skills
  • Capability to understand the business needs and organize your job accordingly to it
  • Proactive approach to finding solutions and driving process improvements
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills
  • Problem-solver, self-driven, proactive team player with hands on mentality and customer at heart
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills

The salary range for this position is 2000-3000 € (gross) per month.
